TTFSMIF (Thank The Flying Spaghetti Monster It's Friday)

I'm so glad this week is coming to a close. January seems like the longest month ever.

So I'm 18 weeks into my pregnancy. Twenty-two weeks or less to go. This pregnancy's been really weird. Some days it feels like it's dragging on and other days it feels like it's flying by. Today is one of those "flying by" days. Seems like just yesterday I found out we were expecting. Even though in reality, it was October 20th.

I've been really feeling Little Zombie kick lately. It's such a cool feeling. One I couldn't begin to describe. When J got home from work last night, he actually got to feel! Him/Her kicked his hand a couple of times. I wasn't expecting him to be able to feel for at least a couple more weeks.

I suppose that's really all I have to say for now. I know this probably isn't a very exciting blog thus far. I can promise you that it'll get better. Goodnight all.

Is it over yet?!

I feel like this pregnancy is just dragging on. It's just going so slow. I'll be 18 weeks on Friday, but I feel like I should be almost 30 weeks by now.

I have my anatomy ultrasound on Monday. We could find out Little Zombie's gender, but we're not. This has gotten people a little irritated, but honestly, we don't care. (And I think it makes it that much more fun!) I just can't wait to see my little one on the monitor again.

A New Year, A New Me

So my very good friend Brin has inspired me to start up a blog once again. I'm hopeful that I'll keep this one going.

So about me. I'm Ash. I'm a wife and mother. I have two awesome daughters - E and G - and another little one on the way. My husband J and I lovingly refer to the baby as "Little Zombie." I'm pretty wacky. I love to have fun and make others laugh. I'm not your typical "housewife." I love being tattooed/pierced. I love all things pin-up. I'm a sucker for a good horror movie and a rockin' psychobilly band. Some say I'm crazy, but I'm just me. Take it or leave it.
